Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 管理學院高階經理碩士學程 === 102 === In recent years the deposit interest rates of banks have been continuously falling. Relative to that, the people are becoming more accepting of various kinds of financial tools, which is a trend that is going on to affect insurance, stocks, funds, etc. As the financial needs of the people continue to grow, wealth management services of banks play an important role, and various major financial holders are mustering up all of their efforts to develop the financial aspects of their businesses. Hence, this study hopes to research the factors that affect the behavior of investors based on information related to wealth management. The aim is to maintain long-term customer relationships as a foundation, achieve good performance results and control risk factors in reaching the goal while avoiding the selling of unsuitable financial products to unsuitable investors which would create unnecessary disputes and excessive risk. After mining an individual bank''s overall client financial behavior database, actual data will be split into categories. After application of regression analysis, the results show that risk attributes have obvious effects in the case of personal trust funds, and the total value of assets also has a notable 10% influence. For savings type insurance, the total value of assets have quite an impact on insurance and financial commodities. An overall surplus in the total value of assets of clients depositing foreign currency has a significant effect on foreign currency deposits. An overall surplus in the total value of assets of clients with fixed-deposits of Taiwan dollars has a considerable impact on fixed financial commodities involving fixed-deposits of Taiwan dollars. Risk attributes have a clear impact in terms of structured products, its total value of assets also has an evident 5% influence. This study was conducted through the analysis and study of risk attributes and financial products of different banking customers, and reflects that customers with greater assets are more willing to accept the diversity of various financial commodities. This indicates that customers with greater assets still have a very high level of acceptance when it comes to financial products. This is because there is a demand for assets allocation and tax reduction, so it is advised that banks be able to design custom-made financial products that fit customers with greater assets, which will be effective in launching financial products, and will then provide a reference for servicing clients.
