Matsu and Kinmen distillery are owned by their respective county government, and they both were established with the aim of playing a strategic role in the Island''s economy.Yet Kinmen was a great success story as their products sold in both domestic and foreign markets.It seems Matsu factories had a lot to learn.This dissertation, therefore,have consulted 35 master and doctoral dissertations in order to understand how off distillery works.This is a qualitative research complemented by quantitative data.It proves that the operational business strategy has great impact on the success of the distillery-this is the practical aim of this dissertation that is to be a source for consultation. After integrating literature on the topic and the data collected,the major point of findings are as follow:1.The two distillery share the same organizational structure and produce the same type of liquor,but their operational business strategy and their business performance are significantly different;2.The difference in operational business strategy is the main reason of their different business performance;3.The difference of the business performance is also attributable to the different size of the economy,i.e.Matsu is too small;4.The talents of the management are also different and Matsu should take this into account for its improvement and reorganization. 作者未提供 作者未提供 紀俊臣 黃義盛 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 213 zh-TW
