| Summary: | 碩士 === 明道大學 === 設計學院碩士班 === 102 === Following the change of social environment, many married women have to go into the workplace. Those women needed to face various environments, such as workplace and family, and thus; they usually have to play multiple identities, such as: wife, mother, housewife, employees, etc., to cope with the changing external environment and the role expectations. Research pointed out that when all the roles coexistence between different roles, they usually pull each other, resulting in the conflict between work and family. When the conflict between the two roles occurred, the roles could easily lead to pressure. Besides, when the pressure rises, it will affect job satisfaction and marital satisfaction. In addition, in today's society, the divorce rate has risen rapidly no matter whether in Eastern or Western countries. Marriage problem is a global issue now. This study aimed to investigate the marital satisfaction for marries women in cosmetology, and the effect of marital satisfaction in multiple roles conflict, and applying Marital Five Classics on the marital satisfaction. In this study, literature review and in-depth interviews were adopted for data collection. For the selection of interview object, this study has interviewed 15 objects with more than 7 years work experiences and 3 years marriageable ages. The results showed that plight for work factors are mainly for long working hours, limited time to stay with family. In multi- role conflict, the maximum conflict point is the daughter-in-law role. The conclusions could help the married women to improve the understanding of marriage, marriage situation for themselves, and useful reference to promote a better marriage.
