Objectives: Surveys assessment of HIV-infected pregnant women care situation and knowledge of HIV-infected pregnant women program of mother to child transmission at Hung Vuong Hospital in Vietnam. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive, with 50 HIV-infected pregnant women delivering at Hung Vuong Hospital from 03.01.2014 to 05.05.2014. They were invited to answer a questionnaire. Conclusion: We found that detection of HIV infection earlier in pregnant women, has an important role in the care of pregnant.
