Description
Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 102 === This case study is based on the company's optical fingerprint reader for the study, the first to the MIL-HDBK-217F parts count method to estimate its life, the actual temperature of 25 ℃, humidity 50% burn in test observations made products whether products are failures occurred and identify its life. To verify whether the case of the company's products to customer demand for the product life (mean time between failure MTBF) of 30,000 hours target. Finally, the temperature of 60 ℃, humidity of 93% for the accelerated life test firing to verify the value of the final product life (MTBF) is up to the target of 60,000 hours. From the empirical analysis and results, the case company's optical fingerprint reader, by the use of parts count method, to obtain the estimated lifetime value (MTBF) 128,000 hours more than 30,000 hours, and after the temperature 25 ℃, humidity 50% and 60 ℃, humidity 93% burn test environment, the lifetime value were identified (MTBF) of 30,000 hours, the final lifetime value (MTBF) of 60,084 hours. Although the identification of both lifetime value (MTBF) 30,000 hours of life and the ultimate value (MTBF) 60,084 differ significantly from the estimated value of life (MTBF) 128,000 hours, but the product life (MTBF) of 30,000 hours target and did not fail happen, so we were able to verify that the case company in line with an optical fingerprint reader to customer needs. In summary, this study provides estimates of reliability and reliability of products using identification methods, that the life of the product range in the product design and production stages to ensure the reliability of the product, the product of a commercial transaction assurance model should be quite helpful.
