Description
Summary:碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 工業設計系碩士班 === 102 === Furniture is a necessity in people's lives. The office chairs make people to work more comfortable, smooth and efficiency. However, Taiwan's furniture industry is facing severe challenges, it have to promote the competitiveness of the furniture industry. In addition to continue to maintain the advantage in products assembly and manufacturing, but also in products development, marketing technology, innovation and brand development, service user’s needs, provide higher add-on value. This study found that Kansei Engineering in user 's perceptual demand analysis has the advantages of consumer thinking. The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) has the theoretical advantage of technology to solve the innovative contradiction. Therefore, this research through the integration of Kansei Engineering in Category Classification layers to resolve user's perceptual demand to the technical level and physical level, to identify the problems and conflicts in engineering product development, and then use the TRIZ contradiction matrix, One Parameter Method and 40 inventive principles to solve the engineering problems and contradictions in the development of innovative product development will be further developed innovative products. In this way, it will make the product development process to consider the innovation and user's perceptual demand thinking at the same time. This study include three stages. The first stage is through 34 long-term office chair users and consumers, with questionnaires to understand the consumers and users ' perceptual demand. The second stage is composed of 15 persons who have at least 3 years practical experience in design and design department received graduate training related to Kansei Engineering and TRIZ methods in this study to design office chair . The third stage is scored by the first stage’s users and consumers according to the following six research project index: a sense of beauty, comfort, ease of use, innovation, usability, feasibility etc. The results found that the combination of TRIZ principles through Kansei Engineering approach can make the drsigners to develope the products that make the users and consumers feel having applicability, innovation and comfortable. Therefore this one integrated module will be able to provide product design education and product development units an economical, fast, convenient and complete user guide innovative product development module.
