碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 102 === There are numerous types of Hand Tool. They can be classified by the use of power into two main sections: Power Tool and Non-power Tool. In which Power tools can be further sorted into Electric Tool and Pneumatic Tool. This article will be focused on Pneumatic Tool. Pneumatic Tool has been developing in Taiwan for a period of time. It has gone through the golden ages to industrial transformation. It had taken the path to emigrate to China, and the competition between countries has become severe. Therefore the product requires upgrade and the production efficiency to be improved timely. Quality, Cost and Delivery is the three most significant matters that any enterprise needs to seek for profit and growth, to remain competitive. When an industry faces transformation and upgrade, Quality is its first priority, following by delivery and cost. This research is aimed to shorten the time between receiving order and completing delivery by applying tools and methods in the Lean production system. Attitude and efficiency of work in every process should be reformed, and the time cost to deliver the goods can be improved. Up to the end of 2012, it takes average 45 to 55 days for the example company to deliver their goods. In this research, the goal is to reach the delivery period within 30 to 35 days.
