Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 奈米科學研究所 === 102 === We present a new semiconductor sensitizer-Sb2Se3 for solar cells. Sb2Se3 nanoparticles were grown using the solvothermal method. The best cell exhibited a short-circuit current density of 4.14 mA/cm2, an open voltage of 0.48 V, a fill factor of 54.43%, and a power conversion efficiency of 1.08% under 100 mw/cm2 light illumination. The external quantum efficiency (EQE) spectrum shows that there are two EQE bands: the short-wavelength band (350-500 nm) has large EQE values with a maximal EQE of 77% at the wavelength of 400 nm, and the long-wavelength band (500-1000 nm) has low EQE values with EQEs of ~ 5%.
