Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 機械工程學系所 === 102 === In this thesis, we are focusing on the model establishment of a machine tool servo feeding system. Firstly, the response of the servo control loop is obtained through system identification. Next, the resonance characteristic of the feeding system is obtained through dynamic model analysis and machine test. The nonlinear characteristics such as friction and backlash are then added and perform simulation. Finally, machine test is carried out to do the verification. From the experiment results, it is found that the error on the 1st natural frequency in each feeding axis is less than 10 %. In biaxial velocity loop stepping test, the maximum error in setting time is 12.35 % on X-axis, the transient response error on Y-axis is around 20 %, and the steady state error is within 10 %. In biaxial position loop stepping test, the errors are all less than 5 %. The position output on each individual axis and dual-axis from simulation are closely meet with the measurement from the optical scale of the machine tool. For the circular tracking, the overall error is less than 10 %.
