碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學與工程學系 === 102 === With the population and increased stickiness of mobile devices, more and more elders join the ranks of using smart phone. For the greying society, chronic illness prescription increases daily. Therefore, the knowledge of Prescriptions and Medication safety is a big topic for the patient and family. The experimental is designed to stick NFC tag on the back of Health Insurance IC Card. It is planted the health information system. After doctor’s diagnosis, the doctor would update the Health Insurance IC Card record as well as the NFC tag, which stores the detail of each past diagnosis record and their prescribed medications. Then the patient and family can use the specific Android App to check to see the latest medication information at any time.
