In this study, regenerative chatter, to develop a online detection system; through time-domain and frequency-domain routing analysis of the vibration signals, with appropriate threshold values, in a very short period of time to determine whether the occurrence of Chatter, and computational analysis the Chatter frequency, as the basis for subsequent Chatter control. This system mainly includes: signal acquisition system, online monitoring systems, storage and post-processing systems, online chatter diagnostic systems. The experimental results show that when the cutting process, if satisfied amplitude delta time domain transient area two times higher than the frequency domain appear with the characteristic frequency instability can be judged Chatter.   Finally, experiments studied in this article online chatter detection system accuracy and practicality, the experimental results show that the online chatter detection system research of this paper, can instantly and accurately show the cutting dynamic, and can accurately and quickly determines that the judder has occurred, so the practical industrial applications, a very high practicality.
