When these environmental parameters are high above (or low down) the limits, the system will give an alarm in time, or let these parameters be controlled within a safe range. This study proposes a system that can remotely monitor planting environmental including temperature, humidity and illumination. An ultra-low power MSP430 microprocessor is used in these devices for data processing, A / D conversion, and lights control. Finally, the results will be displayed on the PC screen via the use of LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) software. To make the device modularize, the measurement unit is equipped with a wireless module Wi-Fi to forming a network physical node. Wireless Sensor Networks is an important platform for the establishment of intelligent life in the future; the device is designed for the purpose of using in IOT. Based on the concept of green energy, the monitoring device uses a solar-cell harmonized with supercapacitor in circuits to provide the necessary power through a DC-to-DC converter. The results show that the monitoring device can provide a stable power by the solar-cell, and it can accurately detect the environmental parameters, and then regulate the intensity of light. In the future, the device can be used in the environment to keep temperature, humidity and illumination under control; and it can be combined with the application of smart mobile phone to achieve the purpose of monitoring at any time.
