Through the implementation of quality management system will achieve the systematic management and autonomy requirements, even improve the safety and quality of products and build business brand image. In this study, we used the feed manufacturing industry in Taiwan as the research object, to explore importing the influence of quality management system and food safety management systems for corporate image and customer perception. In this study, we found that in the food supply chain, product safety considerations were more important than product quality considerations. Moreover, the recent rise of consumer awareness, once the food safety issues occurs, that will directly impact on the corporate image.
