Summary:博士 === 國立成功大學 === 化學系 === 102 === On the study of total synthesis of analogues of cinnamophilin, we succeed synthesis a series of different substituted groups on benzene ring of lignan. 1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dimethylbutane-1,4-dione(25)display significant activities on OGD test and glutamate test, and worth to do further study. On the study of total synthesis of analogues of phenanthraquinones, we succeed improved the yield about 10~15% by using seal tube and trichloroacetic acid as catalyst. We synthesized twenty five phenanthraquinones and three 1,4,5,8-phenanthrenediquinones by using a concise pathway. The bioactivity displayed structure activity relationship. 3,6-dimethoxyphenanthrene-1,4,5,8-tetraone(84)showed significant activities on cytotoxicity, and the EC50 was about 0.13~0.32 ng/mL. We design a series of drugs to treat inflammatory and cancer on the same time by using acyl chloride or DCC as catalyst. Finally, synthesized 18 compounds to test it’s bioactivity.
