Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === The promotion of electronic invoices and carries have shown the 5.5% utilization rate of southern Taiwan lagging behind the national average of 8%. This research focuses the study on understanding the usage behavior and explores the influencing factors that affect the willingness to use the carries amongst Tainan area citizens. Davis Technology acceptance model, TAM was used as the main framework for this study along with the Rogers Innovation diffusion theory, IDT to enhance the model robustness. The research was carried out by using web-based and paper-based questionnaire survey to collect data, quantitative statistical analysis models were then used to analyze the feedback information collected from public. There’re three main objectives of this research: 1.To understand the publics perception regarding the carriers (i.e. the usefulness, ease of use, compatability etc) 2.To understand the effect of population spread to the behavior intention to use the carriers 3.To understand the publics preferred media channel to receive the governments new policy information The study results showed a significant positive impact on using carriers with higher perceived usefulness, ease of use, compatability, observability and triability. With demographic variables, only the people who carries icash, travel card or membership cards prior to having a mobile bar cde application showed a significant impact to behavioral intention to use the carriers. Lastly, the research showed the public believes when promoting a new policy, television and internet channels is the better choice to communicate and increase the willingness of the public to use carriers.
