In the early stages of planning, in advance by providing good stain resistance gene by the designer, then the building will be avoid to generate dirt. This study compiled the theoretical principles of dirt.     Meanwhile, systematically presented the form that dirt and its stain prevention methods form the real construction of the examples. Then, provide to the designer 4 kits that the form of low-maintenance design. The most noticeable among all kinds of deteriorations is the external building walls being soiled by its surrounding environmental factors, but it is always ignored. The main reason of stain on the external wall caused by flow of rainwater and dust combined on the surface.
