Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 102 === The aims of this study were to explore the relationships among organizational culture, ethical leadership, organization trust and organizational commitment. The purposive sampling was used in this study. 200 questionnaires were distributed and 150 questionnaires were returned, 6 questionnaires were incomplete. Thus, 144 questionnaires were valid. The organizational culture and ethical leadership were both positive effect to organization trust. The organizational culture and ethical leadership were also both positive effects to organizational commitment. The organization trust was positive effect to organizational commitment. The trust has a mediating effect between ethical leadership and organizational commitment.
