In this study, a questionnaire distributed way to generate the data, and then explore the use of quantitative methods to analyze. In this study, questionnaire and data analysis confirmed out, human resource management issues always just beneath the surface hidden and difficult to observe directly the problem and propose solutions, organizational climate and culture of the organization is also difficult to measure, but the employees the level of organizational commitment and organizational performance and competitive advantages are highly correlated, organizational commitment will affect employee attitudes and behavior, thereby affecting the performance of the individual and the organization.
