Therefore, this study aimed at service innovation, cost/price and quality of service and other factors for entrepreneurial performance and relevance of behavioral intentions of small business owner. In addition, joined the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as an intermediary effect, explore the assumptions and results of research. For small business owners which 95 questionnaires were collected, after deducting five invalid questionnaires, 90 valid questionnaires were conducted for descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The result shows that most part hypothesis of this study is established and small part is partial established. The results in the theoretical side hope to provide follow-up studies as a framework of reference, in practical side hopes to provide reference for cloud service provider and services small business owners when providing the cloud service or using the cloud service to do the decision-making.
