Then, the one group pretest-posttest design was utilized to examine changes in self-management behaviors among 10 community elderly with multiple metabolic related conditions. Significant improvement in the total self-management score, especially in the partnership and emotion-management subscales, but not in self-care and problem-solving aspects.
