Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 土木工程學系 === 102 === The main purpose of this research is to have a close look on the sludge characteristics of the industrial area in Taiwan and the economy of sludge reduction, in order todevelop suitable way to handle sludge reduction of sewage treatment plant in industrial area. The research is based on sample of sewage treatment plant in traditional industrial area. The research test is under the circumstances that the processing units of sewage treatment plant are functional and the sludge production is steady. Through adjusting aeration rate for aerobic and anaerobic environment without modifying the original sludge processing units, we aim to study how aerobic and facultative environment will influence the digestion. And later on with the further investigation on processing cost, we try to sort out the most suitable way of digestion in sludge processing. The economic analysis focus on the differences of electricity cost in sludge aeration process, the final amount of processed sludge, and the processing cost. As for the sample plant that we study, the most economical way of sludge digestion depends on the current price of electricity and the processing cost. When the electricity price is lower than 2.65 dollar-per-degree, full aeration method is the most economical. When the electricity price is higher than 2.65 dollar-per-degree, facultative aeration method is the most economical. When the electricity price is over 5.01 dollar-per-degree, the most economical way is not to launch sludge digestion reduction.
