The core service of these events is the competition information system itself. The key success factor of a national mega sport event is the competition information system precision. Its main offering is to develop a method that can successfully integrate data collection and output a real-time competition results and generate a qualtified service. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to develop the national mega sport event competition information system service quality evaluation model. The researcher of this study utilized literature review, Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) as the main methods to collect the data. Furthermore, the service quality related theories were applied to analyze the results. Through Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), the researcher of this study identified 6 buckets of data structure and 26 key performance indecies. Through the process of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), the researcher of this study evaluated and weighted calculations and data ranking. The importance ranking in the 1st data buckets were: comportable of hardware and software, system safety, data completion, convenience / easy to use, real-time. The TOP 10 KPIs among the 2nd layer of data were: data accuracy & reliability, security of personal information, safety of data transition, high relationship between search engine & key words, sufficient data for users to download, easy to access all information I need, sufficient / in-depth and complete data, sufficient hardware / software / frequency range of the portal site, quick downloading, providing sufficient uploading space for users. Through Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), professionals agreed the key success factors toward Service Quality Improvements were: sufficient data provided, data accuracy & reliability, data completion, easy to access / connect, quick response on data query / solving issues, security on personal information. The results can assist the development of future competition information system as the following aspects: system constructions follow the suggested data sequence, identifying roles & responsibilities, competition performance review / approval / follow-up, ensure portal site assortment, high level of interaction through Internet. The advices to future researchers were as follows: For the expert samples, to consider the including of academic scholars in this field other than professions. Data matrix can be extended to all of the national mega sport events. The competition information system can be assisted with cloud computing.
