| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 102 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the elite Taiwanese table tennis player, Chien-An Chen’s characteristics, such as his techniques, strategies and records, from 2009 to 2012. The subject was the elite Taiwanese table tennis player, Chien-An Chen, from 2009 to 2012. The research method is profilefile assessment. The results were descriptions of Chien-An Chen’s characteristics of the techniques, strategies, etc. Based on the results, the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, and the factors that affect the player’s characteristics were analyzed, concluded and discussed. The study may provide the domestic table tennis players with a base for future development.
