In the process of rapid development, natural environment has become an man made cities, a human habitat that full of cement block. There are many principles has been pass on without reason, and because the variation of architecture density and climate change, a number of principles should be examine. I try to look the current situation as an natural environment behaviour, which is similar to the concept in the si-fic novel “Terraforming”, creating a new perspective like observation the city as a biological habitat, to help me understand what is the reason cities become like this, and searching for whats missing along the developing process. Using the ideal Terraforming to review architecture and social issues, then categories several major items from numerous cases, and found out the problem of the issue are cause by objective of architecture and construction, the purpose of development before are became the issue that effect whole environment. 1.Space Unlimited_The major contribution of architecture to growing population, the vertical developing making space unlimited supply. 2.Expiration Date_Concrete and steel structure increase lifetime of architecture, and reduce the efficiency when city need to be change. 3.Homeostasis Imbalance_In the process of succession, sabotage the expectation of planning and prospective. 4.Connective Tissue_In the unresist highly development environment, Architectures become join and infill.
