This research proposes model base on the national performance of single indicator, then refers to the World Competitiveness Yearbook (WCY) published by the Institute for Management Development (IMD). Applying Cluster analysis and Fuzzy evaluation method establish the 3D discrimination matrix of nation infrastructure competitive to plan absolute strength、relative strength、generally observation、emphasis observation、generally improvement、emphasis improvement、absolute weakness and relative weakness et investment strategy. Try to comparison of Taiwan and other country’s (Singapore、Korea and Mexico) infrastructure of nation competitiveness.
