In recent years, nanocomposites materials possess high specific surface and porous structure applied to serve as supercapacitor have been widely researched. In this thesis, we introduce the experiment process. First of all, the production of Co3O4/CNTs nanocomposites are synthesized by hydrothermal method. Next, the electrophoresis deposition method is used to deposit nanocomposites that with positive charge on nickel substrate. By adjusting precursor solution concentration, hydrothermal time, and annealing temperature in the process, we can find the optimized process condition and apply the Co3O4/CNTs nanocomposites to the research of supercapacitor. As the experimental results, in the hydrothermal condition of the cobalt nitrate precursor concentration 2 mmol, hydrothermal time 8 h, and hydrothermal temperature 180 oC, the synthesized Co3O4/CNTs nanocomposites have high specific capacitance (705 F g-1 at 3 A g-1) and excellent cycle stability.
