The SMEs must respond to changes in the environment and execute organizational adjustment and change. Moreover, they can combine ERP systems with cloud computing to be Cloud ERP systems of which effective use of new technologies in information technology, planning and configuration of internal resources. The Cloud ERP system, can be adopted to improve the efficiency of the organization management, and then to bring a competitive advantage for SMEs. This research uses practical cases based on the organizational change model proposed by Leavitt (1965) to describe the status of the distributed ERP system architecture in the SMEs companies, and discuss the generated impacts and benefits of the case company, after the organization management and implementation of the cloud ERP systems.
