Labor demand and supply are two of the particular challenges for them in near future. Therefore, adapting supplementary foreign labor policy has brought certain impacts to the electronic manufacturing industries. However, these foreign labor strategies are restricted to domestic openness attitude toward foreign labor policy and international relations. To sum briefly, enterprises should form out mid-term and long-term strategies to respond the changes of supplementary foreign labor market. This research focuses on the factors that might influence the current policy in electronic manufacturing industries such as the selection tools commonly used for foreign workers, and the current situation as well as evaluation utilized in diverse nationalities. Moreover, different preferences among line managers and different companies will be introduced through case study in this research. This study also indicates that electronic manufacturing industries exists some stereotype to the foreign labor and the feasibility of expanding nationality on the foreign labor. The empirical results of this study also provide some selection tools for enterprises to utilize in the future.
