The total recovery of 262 questionnaires, 258 valid questionnaires copies invalid questionnaires four, using reliability analysis, correlation analysis and statistical methods such as regression analysis, to conduct research and analysis, I hope by the empirical results of this study, in order to provide managers reference to the use of strategic management. The main findings of this study are: 1 work-life balance and job satisfaction has a positive significant effect. 2 job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant positive impact. 3 work-life balance and organizational commitment have significant positive impact. 4 job satisfaction and organizational commitment to work-life balance as a mediator.
