In order to enhance the competitiveness, enterprises are seeking to increase management flexibility. Most enterprises as a result of the urgent and short orders rather than traditional recruitment , labor dispatch as a way to turn human resource strategy for the flexibility. Therefore , labor dispatch are more widely use in labor market. This study hopes to realize dispatched workers of HRM practices operation. Through the study to find out the difficulties encountered by the enterprise may be due to what the human resources strategy should be adjusted, thereby increasing their organizational identification and job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study: (1) Explore the connection between demographic variables and job satisfaction. (2) Explore whether dispatched worker for HRM practices of cognitive to affect their job satisfaction. Through the survey, 221 questionnaires were collected, and the results showed: (1) There is significant relationship exist among "Age", "Seniority" with regard to dispatched worker’s job satisfaction. (2) The HRM practices "Leadership ", "Performance management", "Training", "Salary and Benefits", "Career Plan" have positive influence on job satisfaction of dispatched workers. Among them, "Performance", "Training", "Salary and Benefits" impact on job satisfaction is more significant. The study concludes that HRM practices can make appropriate adjustments and improvements to make dispatch workers get the most accomplishment and satisfaction toward their job.
