Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === This study explores the effect of authentic leadership on employees’ perception of organizational justice, organizational commitment, and helping behavior. It is found that authentic leadership is positively related to distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, organizational commitment, and helping behavior. It is also found that both distributive justice and procedural justice are positively related to organizational commitment. In addition, distributive justice is positively related to helping behavior. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
