It is found that authentic leadership is positively related to distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, organizational commitment, and helping behavior. It is also found that both distributive justice and procedural justice are positively related to organizational commitment. In addition, distributive justice is positively related to helping behavior. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
