The tri-band antenna design is described in chapter 3. The penta-band antenna design is described in chapter 4. Two antenna designs are printed multi-band slot dipole antenna. They are fed by coplanar waveguide. The same principle of two antenna designs is to increase more magnetic current resonant paths that can achieve multi-frequency operation. The tri-band antenna design is achieved by adding two different size C-shape metal strips into each slot. The penta-band antenna design is achieved by adding a metal sheet which embedded four different length slot lines into each slot. Simulation and measurement of two antennas show good agreement.
