Using optical simulative software to build up and analyze the modal of white LED package, and compare the simulative data with experimental results. Adding scattering particles to phosphor layer and inside of the package to increase the uniformity of color temperature, fitting the data of color temperature to equation and plot the changing trend of color temperature.
