Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 照明與顯示科技研究所 === 102 === In this thesis, PQ photosensitive material is doped in MMA solution and becomes a photosensitive polymer optical material (PQ:PMMA). Then, a two-beam interference (532 nm) system is used to produce spatial periodic refractive index changes in the photosensitive PQ:PMMA. Thus, a transmitting volume Bragg grating is then made. After that, a tapered amplifier laser (980 nm) uses the PQ:PMMA transmitting grating as a cavity mirror to narrow the laser output line width FWHM to 0.112 pm. The tapered amplifier laser has a tunable output wavelength between 971.42 nm and 993.26 nm (21.48 nm). Finally, using two PQ:PMMA transmitting volume Bragg gratings as cavity mirrors to feedback the tapered amplifier laser (980 nm), simultaneous output of two wavelengths (979.42 nm and 986.23 nm) can be achieved.
