For this purpose, the survey targeted the police population in Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou County. Random sampling technique was utilized to select the criminal police officers from Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou County to take the survey. A total of 600 questionnaires, there were 528 valid questionnaires, the effective response rate was 88%. After the collected data was synthesized, SPSS software was utilized to analyze these data through descriptive statistics, t tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, as well as regression analysis etc. Based on the results of data analysis, the study came to the following conclusions: 1. The target group from Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou Country had “positive affirmation” towards organizational identification. 2. In the category of job engagement, “concentration at work” was most valued and agreed upon by the target group from Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou Country. 3. In the category of job performance, the target group from Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou Country prioritized “job efficiency.” 4. According to the target group from Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou Country, organizational identification had positive effect of job performance. 5. According to the target group from Taichung City, Changhua and Nantou Country, job engagement had positive effect of job performance. 6. For criminal police officers, organizational identification is highly related to job engagement. Based on these results above, this study brought up the following suggestions: first, to help criminal police officers to search for the fun of their jobs, and second, to construct organizational goal, and improve work efficiency. 陳德發 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 121 zh-TW
