Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育學系所 === 102 === The study is to understand how and what social resources would be used by resource teachers for their special need students. Obstacles that might hinder the usage of social resources are also discussed in this study. A questionnaire is developed to acquire information from 178 resource teachers of junior high schools in Taichung district. An in-depth interview is also conducted to reflect the usage of social resources by an experienced resource teacher as a contrast. Results of the study include but not complete as followed: 1.Resource teachers obtain social resources most from school and least from public department. 2.Resource teachers concerns more about student’s categorical disabling condition than student’s grade level when obtaining social resources for student. 3.Resource teachers are more familiar to use educational resources and more rely on getting social resources from personal network or media. 4.Factors that significantly affect resource teachers’ usage of social resources are teacher’s job position, years of experience, and number of special class in school. 5.Obstacles which prevent the usage of social resources mainly are: lack of information, qualification hindering, no designated responsibility, and scarce of social resources.
