Therefore what kinds of factors affect fund investors using mobile bank is the purpose of this study. This study is based on the technology acceptance model ,analyze perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, mobile self-efficacy, service convenience of the perceived risks, to explore the influence factors of fund investors on mobile bank. This study is to provide some suggestions to bank while promoting fund investors using mobile bank. This study is conducted through network questionnaire. Target group are the people who have the experience of investing funds. 255 questionnaires were collected and the response rate was 88.2%. This study uses statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis and regression analysis and SPSS software to be the tool to analyze data. This study’s results present as follows: (A) Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, mobile self-efficacy and convenience of services showing the positive affect the intention to mobile bank acceptance of funds. (B) There is significant negative relationship between perceived risk and mobile bank acceptance of funds.
