This study surveyed the teachers in the 102 public junior high schools in Taichung City with the questionnaires of the "Teacher Leadership Scale" and "Job Satisfaction Scale". Totally 459 questionnaires were delivered, and there were 402 effective questionnaires with a return rate of 87.58%. Questionnaire data were analyzed and processed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis etc. The main conclusions were as follows: 1.The convener of junior high school’s perception teacher leadership was at an upper level, and among which the “class management interaction” reached the highest. 2.The convener of junior high school’s perception job satisfaction belonged to the upper level, and among which the “interpersonal atmosphere” was the best. 3.The male teacher, the teacher who was in research institute(including the 40 credit class) or above, and doubles as the director or group leader has the better perception level to the teacher leadership. 4.The teacher who was no less than 21 years senior and doubles as the director or group leader had the better perception level to the job satisfaction. 5.The "teacher leadership" and "job satisfaction" of the convener of junior high school had significant positive correlation. The better perception level of "teacher leadership", the higher level of "job satisfaction" level would be. 6.The "teacher leadership" of the convener of junior high school had the predictive power to "job satisfaction", and the "school policy innovation" was the most effective one. Lastly, according to the results, I put forward concrete suggestions for education administrative authorities, the convener of junior high school and future researchers of reference.
