The major findings of the research are as follows : 1. In Chong Hwa Independent High School Kuala Lumpur,the classroom climate management of the senior teachers was significantly better than junior teachers' . 2. " Affiliation" , "Satisfaction " and " Task Orientation " classroom climate has a better indicator to distinguish senior teachers or junior teachers. 3. Junior teachers have a higher, " Teacher control " classroom climate scores than senior teachers . 4. Male students' perception of teachers in " Teacher control " classroom climate scores were significantly higher than female students'. With the findings of this study, the school board of administration and teacher training institutions have to play a larger role in mentoring their junior teachers. The school needs to develop ongoing systematic assessments of the professional development needs of teachers and provide appropriate ongoing training for in-service teachers. It is time that both teacher educators and school administrators work together to support educators, both junior and senior, as they strive to enhance student learning in a safe, caring classroom climate.
