Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系 === 102 === This paperexplores the past and current situation in Taiwanese bedding industry, and employs a firm with ten-year age for a specific market share and the business typeof both dealership and own brand manufacturing as case study for analysis.By the discussion with the CEO and senior managers of the case company, direct observation, and the analysis of related files, this paper analyzes the competitive strategy for the dealership period and the own brand manufacturingperiod. Finally, this paper also provides somesuggestions for the current and future problems.
