碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 102 === 　　This study is part of participating in public works projects from the construction industry to conduct research, hoping by this time to explore how to improve the profit performance of builders. 　　Process used in the relevant literature and Delphi Technique, via fifteen expert interviews and questionnaires, and then participate in the discretion of experts and scholars suggest that the guidance provided by members professors and oral examinations, opinions, the whole gathering relevant information obtained by the exchange, after statistical analysis and reprocessing and get experts and scholars to "study the performance of public works construction industry to improve profitability - in Changhua County as an example" of consensus, namely: (a) enhance the technical capacity (two) to improve operational performance of the organization (c) to strengthen the ability to integrate (d) enhance the coping abilities of procurement law, taking into account four dimensions twelve sub-themes. 　　I hope the results of this study can identify the critical success factors for creating a profitable industry to enhance the performance of public works and construction industry as a public works contract in the case could create a reasonable performance reference.
