Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 102 === Since the advent of smart phones, cloud services, such as cloud hard drive, notes, anti-virus and backup, rich and diverse Apps (application software) for smart phones, have been the most important partner in providing good user experiences anytime, anywhere to access the cloud services. In this study, we use questionnaire to collect the users’ familiarity of the smart phones, usages of the value-added applications and cloud services. The outcomes are analyzed through descriptive statistics and multivariate regression analysis so that the factors contribute to the adoption of cloud services can be identified. The result shows that the age and profession of users have a significant impact on the adoption of value-added cloud services. As our society has aged gradually, the cloud services providers should take into consideration the two issues in their provision of future services. As Taiwan has entered the 4G LTE high-speed mobile access era, the fast and stable internet service will allow more diverse wireless applications and drive a profound change of the cloud services into more intelligent applications.
