Therefore, the Manufactures United General Association of Industrial Park of R.O.C had built an internet platform for safety partnership promotion project on industrial zone since 2009. However, the platform looks insufficient now due to the lack of integration and inefficient application of relative sources for the project. Without classification and information categorization, the platform brings difficulty for users to search, especially hard for further expansion and improvement of the platform. This study aims to facilitate the project for safety partnership in industrial areas by improving the website shortage. First is to investigate occupational accidents, internet platform and other related platforms of labor safety in order to analyze the structure of front-end system and back-end management system. Base on the concept of enterprise information portal, some internet technique is then applied to design new functions for users to communicate. The result shows considerable advancement in promoting efficiency of the platform. Through the statistic of page hit counter system on new pages, the growth rate of internet front-end system is perceived according to the cumulative page hit in certain period. The proposed new function includes: 1. Counsel application system, 2. Consultant experience sharing, 3. Case study, 4. Promotion area, 5. Registration of education training, 6. Q&;A. The highest growth rate of cumulative clicking is v “registration of education training” from August 2012 to February 2013 and “case study” from November 2012 to February 2013, while the lowest growth rate of cumulative clicking is “counsel application system”. There clicks growth rate between 8-23%. Therefore, through the page hit statistic system of each function, many important references for further maintenance and expansion of the platform can be observed.
