In reviewing the standby power saving device from the market products and ensure that the study can meet the saving energy regulation of EU. The microprocessor is applied which will be able to interrupt interface which link console and motor control functions. Under the status of standby power mode, the console should be able to be awaked by pressing any button on the panel without any timing delay. In addition, the discharge unit is applied in the filter device, which is to confirm that the power consumption can be reduced to the value of 0.05Wh from 0.25Wh. The device can be sure that the input voltage of filter falls under 34V within 1 second. The device meets the safety regulation of Safety Extra Low Voltage device of EU. The experiment confirms that the power energy saving can achieve a low value of 0.45Wh, in comparing with the device without energy saving device which cost energy for a value of 24.28Wh.
