Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 水生生物科學系研究所 === 102 === Hybrid tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus) with an initial weight of 57.36 ± 2.17g were fed diets that contained either 4% or 8% of lipid and either 15 ppm or 30 ppm of salbutamol for 12 weeks. Growth and body composition of tilapia were measured. Feeds without addition of salbutamol served as control group. The residue evaluation of salbutamol in muscle were also analyzed after 12 weeks feeding trial and then fed with control feed for more 20 days. Results indicated no significantly different was found in weight gain, SGR, FCR, PER, HSI and VSI of hybrid tilapia after treated with salbutamol of 15 or 30 ppm for 12 weeks. The residue evaluation of salbutamol in muscle was positively paralleled to salbutamol concentration. The residues concentration in muscle was significantly higher in 8% of lipid and either 15 ppm or 30 ppm of salbutamol than the control group, and the elimination rate of salbutamol in muscle ranged from 28.89% to 71.70% after feeding with control diet for 20 days.
