Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 農藝學系研究所 === 102 === Biochar can improve soil fertility of potential by porosity and high adsorption capacity. Biochar with specific properties, which are dependent on both temperature and feedstock in the pyrolysis of conversion of biomass into biochar, should be produced in accord with soil amendment requirements. The varied effect of biochar was applied into different soil characteristic. The objective of the present study was to investigate that varied of mushroom biochar treatment applied into two kind of acid soil, which application of P fertilizer would soluble and available P increasingly. Biochar produced from sawdust-based spent mushroom substrates at 300 and500℃pyrolysis. And mushroom biochar was added into Pingchen (PC) and Loupi (LP) at the rate to 0.5 and 1.0% to incubate during 2 weeks, after added three kind of level P (0, 250, 500 mg kg -1) to incubate during 14 days. The biochar treatment tested with soluble extractable P (deionized water and 0.01 M CaCl2 extraction), available extractable P (Bray No.1 and Mehlich 3 extraction) and P fractionation. To understand effect of biochar how to influence P fertilizer distribute and form in soil, through correlation between soluble and available extractable P and each P fraction. After application of biochar, amount of soluble and available P were increased with increasing addition level in PC and LP. PC and LP are acid soil when application of P fertility almost P was release and transform into NaOH fraction, but effect of biochar was adsorption that soluble and available P exist some KCl and HCl fraction which was transformed from NaOH fraction. In fertilizer-phosphorus availability index, biochar treatment could improve fertilizer availability, resulting in rice seedling shoot, root and DCB solution had high P concentration. The experiment that the first applied of biochat applied could improve soil quality, that biochar would effect in part of soil pH value when application of P will release P, or some of free P which was instableadsorb on surface of biochar that was leaded distribution of P fraction differently. It could maintain the application of P fertilizer availability which rice seedling could uptake P.
