Flexible political, economic and environmental conditions have influenced economic growth and organizational development. Thus, the fundamental factors in the success of organizations, climate, creativity and innovation, have become important issues in current organization trends. The main objective of this study is to investigate the influence of the recently emerging core construct of positive psychological capital elements on organizational climate and employees’ outcome in Mongolia. This study used quantitative method with primary data collected from employees of Mongolian major company and structured questionnaire to understand relationship between psychological capital, organizational climate and creativity, innovation. Total 153 questionnaires were computed and analyzed through factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression. This study provides a better understanding of factor influencing employees’ creativity and innovation in Mongolia. Furthermore, this study explores the influence of psychological capital and organizational climate on creativity and innovation. In addition, the findings of this study could encourage the other companies to give better understanding of the benefits of employees’ outcome and the influence of psychological capital.
