Consequently, armed forces have the new mission on security. Besides, because of era of progress and financial considerations, downsizing already became the targets of phase, and meantime the voluntarism has been promoted actively by political pressure. Under these factors influenced, armed forces experience the massive change on organizational structure. In the process of change, downsizing, tasks increasing and policies conversion, and ochre the great effect upon military persons, cause the retirement and turnover rate be raised. This study based on above phenomenon, directed the which eastern air force base of armed forces to perform the study, aimed to aware the situations of emotional labor, job satisfaction and organizational commitment between the officers, sergeants and solders of air force, also identify the relationship with the literatures. In the study, the questionnaires used the Likert five-point scale to design and adopted the convenience sampling to issue the questionnaires, then exercised quantification approaches to measure, analysis and survey. Totally, issued the 400 questionnaires, received the 327 questionnaires and deleted 49 invalid questionnaires, final used the 278 valid questionnaires perform analysis. After analysis, the reliability analysis and validity analysis conform with the norm of literatures, and the exploratiory factor analysis (EFA) used the Harman’s one-factor test to measure, that verified the study haven’t common method variance (CMV). Therefore, presend the follow outcomes: 1. Emotional labor and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation. 2. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment showed a significant positive correlation. 3. Emotional labor and organizational commitment showed a significant negative correlation.
