Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 體育與運動科學系 === 102 === Due to the rapid changes in the modern society, it gets higher possibility on group cooperation. In a single sport race, there is only competition but without cooperation between teams. However, the researcher discovered that Taitung’s judo sport teams not only compete with each other, but also collaborate and set goals together. This special phenomenon in this area arouses the researcher’s curiosity. The purposes of the study were to investigate how the judo coach team in Taitung is formed, and to understand the processes how those coaches help with each other. The researcher took qualitative research as the study approach, and the data collection methods were participant observation and depth interview. Then, the researcher categorized verbatim text and analyzed those data. Finally, the results of the study revealed that these coaches follow the motto said by the father of judo: “take good advantage of your skills; share and team up with others” from their deep heart. Moreover, they develop their teams with mutual aids by team cooperation, not caring for gain and loss, resources sharing, and focusing on the long-term improvement. The core value of the result makes them to be a cooperating team.
